It is written in the Bible that God’s ways and thoughts are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9). Each believer that sets their mind on the things above not on the things that are on earth (Colossians 3:2) will position and establish themselves with the ability to receive and be in tune with what God is speaking and revealing thus enabling them to receive the instruction of Holy Spirit in the higher ways and thoughts of God. “Make me know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day” (Psalms 25:4-5 NAS).
Many believers have been indoctrinated in worldly thinking which causes them to live in the natural environment where they believe it is impossible to receive, live in, and embrace the full revelation of God’s heavenly realm. In order to embrace God’s ways and thoughts and make them a part of the inner being, the believer is instructed to not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2). In the renewing of the mind, believers will understand that the entire universe was framed by the word of God so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:3).
A worldly minded believer would believe that God’s ways and thoughts are beyond them and impossible to obtain. A spiritually minded believer would declare the word of God and believe that "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26 NKJV) and "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." (Mark 9:23 NKJV).
But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, and the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 1 Corinthians 2:9-11 NKJV
